Day 35. Ushuaia. 20.2.25

Thanks to our Captain and crew we safely made it back to Ushuaia ahead of a huge storm and only encountered 3-4 metres waves. I found this post on Facebook.

We moved overnight into the bay of Ushuaia and the weather was much more pleasant.

Aurora has organised a tour for us today. We were transferred from our ship on a catamaran to the pier where we had to climb on to another boat and then on to the pier. All was very organised and safe and due to there being so many other ships here all affected by the storm.

Our entire cruise, 21 stops.
Antarctic Peninsula and South Shetland Islands, 10 stops.
South Georgia, 8 stops.

Lots of moss and lichen.
